As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.Required Qualifications-Available for both Securitas and the client to contact as needed.
-Extensive Security knowledge and experience. (5+ years)
-Great leadership and management experience. (5+ years)
-Ability to communicate strongly with client and Supervisors and dozens of Security Officers.
-Knowledge of Security systems cameras, alarms, etc., Use of Force, and scheduling and payroll.
Preferred Qualifications-Prior Experience overseeing a large staff (50+)
-Prior disciplinary experience
-Strong and calm under pressure. Ability to address questions and concerns of staff members and client.
-Ability to multitask operational issues as well as retain the client confidence with staff performance.
-Knowledge of Security camera software and ability to collect data from it for client and Securitas as needed.
-Ability to perform duties with little oversight and meet expectations of both client and Securitas.

Responsibilities
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters .
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Oversee day to operations of Security Staff, adjust scheduling & payroll as needed.
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients needs and objectives.
-Handle any issues that come up on site, address concerns of client when needed, come up with plans to meet expectations of client.
-Assist Supervisors with questions on personnel, disciplinary action, accommodations, performance reviews, etc.
-Communicate with the District Manager on addressing issues pertaining to staffing, security systems, human resources, and client concerns.
-Address concerns of Supervisors and Security Officers on site.
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
-See that staff is performing optimally, and that everyone is in uniform, performing job correctly, post orders are being completed correctly.
-Additional responsibilities can be assigned by District Manager as needed.
