Reporting to the MCU32 New Product Development Manager, you will be part of an engineering team focused on new products validation and release. As Test Engineer, you will begin with development and validation of silicon production test solutions for new 32 bits microcontrollers, with the opportunity to grow to a Project Leader role after some experience.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:
Develop embedded software for microcontroller tests, and debug/validate them in production test flows. Contribute to product validation, with support from Design and Validation teams when required.
Specify and perform new products characterization, provide recommendations on electrical parameters for the product datasheet.
Specify and develop product qualification hardware and software. Drive qualification rejects analysis when required.
In a 2nd step, take the lead on New Product Development Project Lead with a broader scope, driving cost, quality and schedules of new products introduction across functional teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Engineer Bac+5, BS/MS or similar in electronics engineering, computer science or related engineering course
0-2 years hands-on experience in embedded development on microcontrollers or microprocessors.
Applied programming skills on C, and software development ecosystem (GIT, SVN, Jira,…)
English spoken and read/written fluent
Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills and leadership.
Ability to work remotely with various groups located in different time zones (Europe, Asia, US)
Optional: knowledge in IC design, secure components, silicon manufacturing process technologies, test H/W & S/W development, semiconductor test technique knowledge in digital, analog or memory, user experience of COHU/Xcerra ATE platform (DiamondX) and/or Teradyne-Nextest ATE, Project Management.
